Smart-Builder is the world’s leading software for designing frameless glass structures. There are four modules which can be used as standalone design tools or integrated into the Smart-Toolbox sales system.

• Smart-Balustrade for building structural glass balustrades or pool fences.
• Smart-Railing for calculating post based railings with cable, picket or glass infills.

Our advanced Smart-Toolbox sales system manages customers and quotes for glass (processed or stock), hardware, adhoc jobs and structures from any of the integrated design modules listed above. Smart-Toolbox contains built in support for operational aspects such as work orders, purchase orders and easy drag and drop scheduling of measures and installations, plus debtor financials such as invoicing, receipting and statements.

Smart-Hosting is an add-on service which allows customers to access the Smart-Builder software over the internet. This means that the software can be used from any computer with an internet connection, be that at home, at work, or on a laptop via wireless.

Besides the obvious benefit of allowing staff to work from home or while travelling, Smart-Hosting enables businesses to take laptop computers on site and produce a quote on the spot for the end customer. When trying to make an immediate sale it is hard to beat giving a price on the spot and showing your customer the proposed shower, shopfront, railing or balustrade in full colour 3D.

Smart-Hosting offers other benefits. The software and database are hosted on our dedicated servers in a secure climate controlled data centre with full battery and generator power backup and diversified high speed internet connections. We manage upgrades to latest versions of our software and database backups are scheduled to occur multiple times a day. Furthermore backups are electronically transferred offsite to a secure location to ensure peace of mind.

Smart-Builder have a dedicated in-house development team which has produced all of our software.
